Craniosacral Therapy treatment works at the cellular level releasing tensions of a physical, emotional and spiritual nature, and thus effects permanent change at the core of a person. This freeing up of memories held as tensions in the body cells allows the client to have a greater vitality and potential for increased physical wellbeing.
The biodynamic approach to craniosacral therapy works as a mirror does, the practitioner gently reflects back to the clients body its ‘state of being’. The inherent intelligence of the client’s body then decides how it will work to effect changes for its greater good, and in the order that will work best.

The number of sessions needed differs from person to person. For most people an initial series of 6 – 10 sessions is generally adequate, with occasional maintenance sessions as required. Response to CST is very individual. For more serious conditions 20 sessions or more may be required.

Following a session, the client is more likely to feel lighter in spirit, more buoyant physically, relaxed and grounded emotionally.
As the therapy effects gentle change at the cellular, tissue and fluids level it is recognised as being safe from newborns to fragile elderly persons.
